Your BTC wallet shows your bitcoin balances while your USD wallet displays your earned points. You can swap and withdraw either of them at any time.

Click on the Bitcoin Deposit form and send your bitcoin to the displayed wallet address. When your deposited BTC is confirmed, it will be shown on your BTC wallet on the platform. You can then withdraw to virtual card or send to your bank account.

For your security, the site is designed to be static after a period of inactivity. If you experience problems with logging in, simply log out and log in again. If you experience further challenges, please contact support.

To purchase a point bundle, use the bitcoin deposit form to deposit BTC on the generated wallet address on your dashboard. Make sure you have enough btc balance to purchase your desired point bundle. Then go to the 'Purchase Bundle' and select the desired bundle you want. Click to confirm purchase.

To add or top up funds on your virtual card, go to 'transfers/swap'. From the drop down, choose 'Transfer to Virtual Card. Your virtual card can be used to shop online on any site.

You can only use the balance in your BTC wallet on the platform to purchase a Point Bundle. The USD Point Bundle wallet on your dashoard only displays your POINTS on the system and its value relative to Bitcoin. To buy a Point Bundle, you must have deposited BTC from your private wallet on the generated wallet address on your dashboard. Make sure you have enough btc balance to purchase your desired point bundle. You then go to 'Purchase Bundle' on your dashboard and select the desired bundle you want. Click to confirm purchase.

Your withdrawals may be delayed if you do not deposit the equivalent point bundle value of bitcoin to the generated Bitcoin wallet on your dashboard. To deposit Bitcoin, click on the 'Bitcoin deposit' tab on your dashboard, click on 'deposit form' and send bitcoin to the displayed wallet address. Remember to enter the blockchain transaction ID and then 'confirm payment'. After your payment is confirmed, your pending withdrawals will be processed.

Your virtual card will be displayed on your dashboard after you have sent a Point Bundle payment to the displayed BTC address and done a transfer from your USD wallet to the card.
